For Measurement Standards

Hollow To Floor

This is the length from your hollow (the hollow just under your neck) to your heels. (Take the tape from your front. It should be including the heels height). You should stand upright and your feet should keep together. To ensure the skirt length, please provide the heel height while measure with shoes.
Bust

Beware that your bust size is not your bra size. You should measure around your back the summit of your bust.Your arms should be relaxed, down at your sides. You must wear a bra when taking this measurement.
Waist

This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button. Also known as the natural waistline.
Hip

This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone. Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.

Please note because all of our dresses are tailor-made the delivery time should be tailoring time plus shipping time.

Tailoring Time

Generally speaking, it will take 10-15 business days for professional dressmaker to tailor your dresses. However, for the complicated dresses it need 20 business days!

Shipping Time

After your dress finished, it will take about 3-7 business days to reach you. According to the shipping method you choose the shipping time should be different.

1. How can I check the status of my order?

Once you placed an order mordenprom will send you an order confirmation letter with your order number. You can take your order number to check your order status use the track order option which is on the top right corner of our website.

If the status shows "pending" or "pending payment" that means your order didn't go through please contact the customer service to check the details. If the status shows processing but without the tracking number and carrier that means your dress is in tailoring. If the status shows processing with the tracking number and carrier that means your order has already shipped out and you can use the tracking number to check the detail information on the carrier's official website.

*If you didn't receive the order confirmation email or do not remember the order number you can contact customer service.

2. Can I change my order information after sending confirmation E-mail?

Yes, all the orders can be changed within 24 hours after your purchase, as we get your confirmation by email. But it has been over 24 hours, you can still contact our customer service. We will try our best to help you!

3. Can I cancel my order and change a prom dress after payment?

Once it has been shipped out, it can not be cancelled.

4. When can I get my dress after ordering?

Normally it will take about 15 business days.

But the exact time depands on the dress handwork and your address. Some dress takes less then 15 days if it is easy to make. And some takes over 15 days becasue of their complicated and lots handwork. If you have special requirement of the date getting the item, just email our customer serivice to make sure you can get it in time.

When we ship your order, we will send you tracking number for you to track your order in person.

5. Can I get a discount when I order in bulk?

Yes, definitely you can! Purchase in bulk is always welcome!Please contact us with more details such as styles and quantities so that we can offer you the best price to build our long term business relationships!

6.How do I decide what size to order?

All our dresses are true to size chart. Please refer to our size chart to choose your correct size. If you are not sure what's your correct size, I highly suggest you choose free custom size(bust, waist, hips and your height). Be careful, please provide correct size, if you don't know how to measure, you can get someone professional to help you!

7.Can I pay with different currencies?

Directly order it. No worry. Our system will automatically handle it!!

8.Can You Ship To "MY COUNTRY"?

Yes ,no problem,we can ship to the whole world.

9. Can you make a dress according to the pictures I provide?

We can do it for most ordinary designs. Please email us your pictures with all the specifications. Sometimes the fabrics of the dress you enquired are difficult to find, or the special cut requirements beyond our ability. After our expert designers and dressmakers have reviewed the pictures, we can inform you of whether we can make it.

10.Are these been used?

All gowns and products we offer are new. We do not accept or offer resale items.

12.Cancel Process:

1)For wedding apparel and special occasion dresses (prom dresses, homecoming dresses.etc ):

Orders canceled within 72 hours since paid will get full refund.

Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 80% refund of total amount.

Once order is shipped out, there is no way to cancel it.

2)For clothes,accessories etc.

Orders canceled before shipment will get full refund.
